This leading agency in Newcastle is searching for a top Senior Account Director with a thorough knowledge of strategic marketing and tactics.
You will play a leadership role by guiding and offering creative business solutions to clients, resulting in superior outcomes for their organisation. Key to this role will be your ability to forge strong business relationships
What you’ll be doing:
- Actively developing new business for the agency.
- Working with senior management to strategically identify and target quality prospective clients
- Working closely with and managing a team of highly skilled individuals, ensuring that responsibilities are delegated and deadlines are met whilst maintaining the highest quality of work
- Managing a client portfolio across production, public affairs, digital and media
- Delivery of strategic and creative marketing solutions, at all-time striving for excellence and results
What you have to offer:
- In depth knowledge of marketing strategy and tactics
- Strong leadership qualities, with experience in people management
- Demonstrated success working as a senior executive on numerous campaigns
- 5+ years experience within a similar role in an agency
- Strong client management experience with proven skills
- Ability to develop and execute business strategies
