How do I go about hiring someone?

Hiring someone is easy. Just phone our office and a consultant will take down the details of the role. We also like to visit you at your site to fully understand the culture of your organisation in order to gain the best fit for you

What are the costs involved?

Our fees are very competitive in the market place. The recruitment fee for sourcing, interviewing, testing and reference checking the successful candidate is based on a percentage of the annual salary package. Advertising on the internet is included in our fee and validation of credentials is at no extra cost.  Advertising in the media will attract an invoice fee at cost.

Do you supply temporary staff and permanent staff?

We have a large bank of temporary staff and permanent staff ready for work

How fast can you get me someone?

Our temporary employees are available at short notice (the same day) and you can expect a short list of candidates within 48 hours of giving us a permanent assignment

Do you do any skills assessments?

We have the latest on line testing software that allows us to tailor a selection of skills assessments for your position

How do you go about checking references and qualifications?

Reference checking is done by our consultants for all short listed candidates. We also employ a professional search organization to  perform Federal Police Checks and validate educational qualifications

What if I interview your candidates and I don’t find anyone?

At this point we would arrange another meeting at a convenient time for you where we will re-visit the job brief, discuss what the interviewed candidates were lacking and devise a strategy to move forward in the recruitment process.

What if I hire someone and they don’t workout?

Temporary and Permanent placements are guaranteed.
We offer guarantees on permanent placements up to $75K per annum 12 weeks guarantee and placements above $75K per annum 24 weeks guarantee.

We are confident that you will be satisfied with a Gail Whipper temporary however should the temporary prove to be unsatisfactory during the first day you will not be charged.

How do you protect my confidentiality?

 We emphasise the need for strict confidentiality in all our temporary staff and induct them in behaviour standards and ask that they sign a confidentiality agreement protecting the client
